Job Summary

The Adult Discipleship Pastor is to oversee the life and direction of First Christian Church’s women’s, men’s, disability, young adult, marriage, and senior adults ministries. The Adult Discipleship Pastor will implement ministry strategies using the “real-life discipleship model” which is designed to recognize the stages of spiritual growth, move people into relational discipling environments, and grow intentional disciple-making leaders. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of FCC and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision and values.
