You’re collaborative, organized, and forward-thinking—someone who can mentor others, manage complex projects, and create environments where ministry flourishes. Most of all, you’re “all-in” for the mission of Jesus, eager to see the church impact lives both in Canton and beyond.
What you’ll do
As Executive Pastor, you’ll partner closely with the Lead Pastor to provide overall leadership for the church and staff team. You’ll help chart the path from vision to execution, guiding strategic planning, developing staff, overseeing campus expansion, and ensuring communications are clear and compelling. From strengthening ministries inside the church to creating opportunities to reach new people outside it, you’ll play a vital role in keeping FCC focused, healthy, and growing so that more people find hope, purpose, and a place to belong.
