Job Summary

The Campus Pastor offers pastoral leadership to the Washington Square Campus, ensuring that the systems, practices and policies of the church are responsibly and effectively completing its ministry activities. This role will also provide small group leader resources and training, first time visitor assimilation (welcome party, welcome center experience, etc.), next steps after baptism, and connecting people to lead, join, or serve within the ministries of FCC. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of FCC and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision and values.
